The Installers listed on this website operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Vipeq Canada. While we strive to connect customers with qualified professionals and do our own diligence in their TCS education, Vipeq Canada or our associated Distributors do not supervise, manage, or control the work performed by these independent contractors.

Accordingly, Vipeq Canada assumes no responsibility or liability for any actions, omissions, damages, or outcomes resulting from services provided by these Installers. Any agreements, warranties, or disputes arising from services rendered are strictly between the customer and the independent contractor.

Vipeq Canada’s 15-year warranty applies exclusively to the Thermal CorkShield™️ product itself from failures or major inconsistences and does not cover installation practices. Customers should confirm warranty terms directly with the Installer for any installation-related guarantees.

We also recommend that customers conduct their own due diligence, including verifying credentials, insurance coverage, and references, before engaging with any contractor.
